Magneto Mall is looking for a skilled and creative Videographer & Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various marketing and promotional initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to capture the essence of the mall’s events, campaigns, and brand vision through visually compelling videos.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various marketing and promotional initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to capture the essence of the mall’s events, campaigns, and brand vision through visually compelling videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage of mall events, store openings, promotional campaigns, customer interactions, and more.
- Edit raw video footage into engaging, professional-quality content for social media, website, advertisements, and in-mall displays.
- Conceptualize and storyboard video projects in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with branding and marketing strategies.
- Operate video cameras, drones, and other equipment to produce dynamic and visually appealing content.
- Enhance videos with graphics, titles, sound effects, music, and visual effects to ensure a polished final product.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and setup for interviews, events, or promotional shoots.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques in videography, editing, and post-production.
- Maintain an organized video library and archive of all content for easy access and future use.
- Collaborate with the social media and content creation team to ensure video content aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Assist with live streaming or real-time video production for special mall events or social media campaigns.
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Experience with professional video cameras, drones, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for storytelling through video.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends related to video content (Instagram Reels, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of color correction, motion graphics, and sound editing is a plus.
- A degree or certification in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
