We are seeking a talented and organized Video Production and Editing Coordinator to join our Content and Social Media Team as a freelancer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both video production and coordination, working closely with our dynamic team to create high-quality visual content for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate video shoots, ensuring the technical and creative aspects are well-executed.
- Operate and manage camera equipment, lighting, and sound during shoots.
- Set up equipment for different types of shoots, including in-house and location-based filming.
- Work closely with the content team to develop concepts, create shot lists, and storyboards for video projects.
- Coordinate between the production and editing teams to ensure smooth handover of footage for post-production.
- Edit video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (FCP).
- Enhance video content with graphics, animations, and sound effects in alignment with Nirva Health’s brand guidelines.
- Organize and manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in both videography and post-production techniques.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand's messaging and maintains a high level of quality.
- Proven experience as a videographer or video editor, or a combination of both.
- Proficiency with professional video production equipment (cameras, lighting, sound).
- Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (FCP).
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with video production processes, including shooting, lighting, sound design, and editing.
- Ability to manage a production schedule and coordinate between multiple teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent video content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video content requirements.
- Basic knowledge of live-streaming equipment and setups.
- Hands-on experience with both video production and editing in a professional setting.
