We are looking for a talented and creative Video and Content Creator to join our team. As a Video and Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing engaging video content to promote our brand, products, and services across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and proficiency in video editing software. This role requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles to effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and storyboard video content ideas that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Produce high-quality video content from start to finish, including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs and content calendars for video projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production, editing techniques, and digital marketing.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors (if necessary) to coordinate video shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment rentals.
- Optimize videos for distribution on various digital platforms, including social media channels, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor video performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, conversion rates) and provide insights to optimize future content strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging video formats and technologies (e.g., live streaming, 360-degree videos, VR/AR) to explore innovative ways to engage audiences.
- Manage video assets and maintain an organized library for easy access and reuse in future projects.
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation, preferably in a marketing or digital media role.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Knowledge of video shooting techniques, lighting, sound recording, and equipment operation.
- Creative flair and attention to detail in visual composition, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and content distribution channels.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video projects and content creation experience is required.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
