Requirements:
- Storytelling in Design: Your designs should tell a compelling story while creating engaging, user-centered interfaces that bring the UI to life. You should have experience in defining interfaces which animates on user actions in a meaningful way.
- Stickiness & Engagement: Develop designs that resonate with users, ensuring simplicity, ease of use, and a delightful experience that makes users want to stay on the page or app.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR) Optimization: Design strategically to increase click-through rates throughout the website and app, therefore increasing conversion rates.
- Brand Building: Take charge of creating and maintaining the ‘Acharya Prashant’ brand identity, including color schemes and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across social media, You Tube, posters, banners, and other media.
- User Understanding: Deeply understand user preferences—what they like, which design elements and colors appeal most to them—and craft designs that are visually attractive and user-focused.
- Design Research: Stay updated on top-performing apps and websites, paying attention to the smallest design details to make informed decisions.
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full design lifecycle from research to delivery, ensuring your insights lead to industry-leading user experiences. Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to deliver optimal results across all platforms.
- Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing mobile app or web design samples that highlight your expertise and creativity.
- Design Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a design role for consumer applications, products, or software, with a focus on delivering user-centered designs.

- Communication & Feedback: Strong ability to explain your design process, decisions, and the rationale behind your work, while actively seeking feedback to continually improve.
