- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Project managers, engineers, and marketers, to understand project goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
- Conduct user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
- Translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
- Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions and facilitate stakeholder buy-in.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience and product performance.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions while maintaining design integrity and usability standards.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization, fostering a culture of design thinking and empathy for end-users.
- Contribute to product strategy discussions, providing design insights and recommendations based on market trends, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
