Project Role Description : Analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.

Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. You will be responsible for understanding user requirements and translating them into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of designs. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in e Commerce Design & Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with responsive design and mobile app design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script for design implementation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in e Commerce Design & Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
