US Support - ECG - Fresher - Night Shift
Title: Management Trainee (US Support - ECG)
Shift : 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹272,000.00 per year
Benefits:

Role:
- Responsible for Employee Data Management, Payroll, Benefits, UI claims, Timekeeping, Leaves, Audit, Employee Communications.
- Supporting the workforce for US geographic location.
- First point of contact for managers and employees for HR, Benefits and Payroll queries.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll in accordance with payroll deadlines.
- Responsible for vendor management for benefits.
- Coordinating with various departments between organizations to ensure efficient workflow of business.
- Responsible for training, coaching and performance management for team members.
- Responsible for off-boarding activities such as issuing separation letters, assets recovery, and full-final settlement.
- Must have completed their Bachelor's/master’s degree (Completely) with Excellent English Communication
- Must be comfortable with night shift
- Proffered - candidate must be from sales/BPO/Customer support/call center/International BPO/Marketing with excellent communication preferred.
- Local candidates are preferred
- For Girls both way cabs
- For boys (one way petrol reimbursement)
- 5 days working, sat/Sunday - Off
