· A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
· Experience with full life cycle recruitment including but not limited to: effective sourcing, pre-screening, reference checking and closing through offer stage
· Experience with recruiting/hiring H-1 and TN-1 Visa candidates; knowledge of C2C hiring
· Strong network of contacts and established industry relationships
· Experience working with internal applicant management systems
· Strong time management and multitasking skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
· Strong presence on Linked In and other social networks
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation/closing skills
· Ability to drive own work and work with little direct supervision
· Leadership experience to include mentoring or managing Recruiters and Sources
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,773.61 - ₹35,354.73 per month
Schedule:
