Location - Bhopal/Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite)
Working Days- 5 (Monday- Friday)
Shift Timings - US Shift (6:00pm to 3:30am IST, Day light savings 7:00pm-4:30am IST)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:·
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract top talent for W2 and 1099 positions.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience·
- Coordination: Maintain submission database, interview coordination, liaise with teams, and handle timesheets.
- Market Insights: Provide insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments to inform hiring strategies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting within the US staffing industry, with a focus on W2 and 1099 hiring.
- Well-versed in US employment terms, labor laws, and regulations pertaining to both W2 and 1099 classifications.
- The ideal candidate be proficient in recruiting techniques such as head-hunting, cold calling, referrals, social media/networking sites, and other internet-based recruiting tools.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate submission processes·
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
