* 3-6 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter, focusing on Federal clients.
* In-depth knowledge of Federal-specific IT recruitment processes.
* Ability to source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for government projects.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Having hands on experience working with security clearances, Secret, Top Secret.....
* Preferred Mostly candidates working on W2 Tax term
* Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
