Info Objects is hiring position of Technical Recruiter in Jaipur.

Shift Timings: US timings/ Night Shift (08:30 PM to 5:30 AM)
Experience: 6 months and above / Fresher also may apply.
Education: Any graduate (preferably management students).
Candidate preference: Only male candidate has to apply.

Job Description

• To understand IT requirements of clients IT resource need and deliver qualified consultants.
• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract openings.
• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
• Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on Info Objects’ process.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
• Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
• Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.

Additional

• Dinner, snacks & beverages will be provided by the company at company cost.
• Candidate has to commute on his own (cab facility is not available).
• Initially a basic training for US Staffing will be provided.
