Job Description:
Mallcom India Limited is seeking an experienced Upper Closing Supervisor to manage and oversee the upper production process in the Footwear Department. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in footwear production and be capable of leading a team to ensure quality output and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upper Production Supervision: Oversee and manage the production of footwear uppers, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Control on Upper Fabricators: Ensure efficient coordination with upper fabricators, maintaining smooth operations and high-quality output.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase upper production output while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in upper production, ensuring that all finished products meet or exceed internal quality guidelines.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with technical knowledge in Footwear Production.
- Experience: Previous experience in supervising or managing upper production processes within the footwear industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and meet production targets.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
- CTC Offered: ₹2.40 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA (depending on experience and qualifications).
