- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilize various platforms and tools for candidate sourcing, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred.

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- UK shift
- Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
