Job Title: UI/UX Designing Cum Trainer
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions that equip participants with practical UI/UX design skills. This role requires a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

This role requires a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula focused on UI/UX design principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Conduct interactive workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced designers.
- Provide hands-on guidance in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) and prototyping tools.
- Assess participants' skills and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, exercises, and online resources.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
