- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize design concepts.
- Use tools like Figma and Miro to design and share interactive prototypes.
- Work on building and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Prototyping experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Familiarity with design system creation and maintenance is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
