Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement user interfaces for software applications.
- Lead the UI/UX design process, from gathering requirements to creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
- Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma/Penpot.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and enhance the user experience.
- Implement best practices for accessibility and user interface optimization.
- Provide guidance to team on UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve our design processes and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present design solutions.
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Freshers welcome to apply if they have a varied portfolio of designs to share.
- Proficiency in Figma or Penpot.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work in responsive web application projects.
- Experience with user research, usability testing.
- Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
