Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior UI/UX Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating their ability to create user-centered designs and a solid understanding of design principles. You will work closely with our development team and senior designers to help craft engaging and intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research, including surveys and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Help maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency across projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the team’s innovative design approach.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and basic prototyping tools.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS) and the ability to communicate with developers.
- Basic ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with motion design and animation.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
- Knowledge of Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
