UI/UX Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience, while also contributing your graphic design skills to enhance our brand's visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test design concepts.
- Visual Design: Design high-fidelity user interfaces, including layout, color schemes, typography, and visual elements, ensuring a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all digital platforms.
- Interaction Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user interactions, including animations and transitions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure the final product aligns with the overall vision and user expectations.
- Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency in design language and elements across all products.
- Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design iterations to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve our products.
Graphics Design:
- Design marketing collateral, including banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
- Create visually compelling presentations and infographics to support internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand message.
Qualifications:
- Education: BTech/ MCA
- Experience: 2-4yrs
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
