Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to ensure that our digital solutions are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviour, needs, and pain points.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts, user flows, and the structure of digital products.
UI Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
UX Strategy: Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.
Usability Testing: Conduct A/B testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continually improve the user experience.
Design Systems: Build and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across products and platforms.
Requirements:
Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, In Vision, or similar.
Understanding of UX Principles: Strong knowledge of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Visual Design Skills: Ability to create high-fidelity designs with a strong focus on typography, color theory, and layout.
Prototyping Skills: Experience in building interactive prototypes and wireframes for user testing.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present design concepts and findings to team members and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to approach complex problems creatively and think critically about user experience solutions.
Front-end Knowledge (Bonus): Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic Java Script (not required but a plus).
