Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team at Dintellects Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and Development: Create engaging, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that align with our clients' brand identities and goals.
· User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and translate these findings into design improvements.
· Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and team members.
· Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately.
· Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
· Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual elements and ensure alignment with the overall branding strategy of our clients.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and development, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and In Vision. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and responsive design principles.
· Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills, including examples of web and mobile interfaces.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
· Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of SEO best practices.
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
