UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,141.94 per month
Schedule:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for a seamless user experience across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional design solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry standards to drive innovation and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the final product aligns with design specifications and delivers a high-quality user experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design strategies.
- Strong visual design skills with a focus on UI design and layout.
- Ability to conduct user research, testing, and analysis to improve designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design practices.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus but not mandatory.
