* Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced UI/UX Designer with at least 6 years of full-time professional experience. This is a full-time, on-site position, with no option for remote work. Applicants must provide verifiable project links from the last 5 years, demonstrating a portfolio of user-centric and visually engaging designs. The candidate must also have a solid understanding of front-end technologies to effectively collaborate with developers.
This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about creating seamless user experiences. Candidates with freelance client work will not be considered.
* Key Responsibilities:
· Lead design efforts for web and mobile applications, creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that align with business goals.
· Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs are executed flawlessly and deliver an exceptional user experience.
· Translate user needs and business goals into high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
· Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs based on real user data.
· Stay updated on UI/UX best practices and emerging trends, bringing new ideas to the table to improve product quality and user engagement.
· Understand and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure that designs meet both user and business requirements.
· Work with development teams to ensure design feasibility, with a working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script.
· Ensure consistency across products by adhering to design systems and guidelines.
* Required Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 6 years of full-time professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of work.
· Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, In Vision, and Photoshop.
· Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Java Script) to effectively communicate with developers and understand technical limitations.
· Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and conducting user testing to validate design decisions.
· Solid understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.
· Proven track record of delivering designs with verifiable project links from the last 5 years included in the resume.
· No freelancing client work; applicants must have a stable, full-time employment history.
· Must be willing to work on-site—remote work or freelancing arrangements will not be considered.
* Preferred Skills:
· Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
· Familiarity with design systems and creating cohesive interfaces across multiple products.
· Strong understanding of interaction design, motion design, and the use of micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
· Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools for gathering and analyzing user feedback.
