Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UI Architect with over 10 years of overall experience, and at least 2-3 years of recent experience in a UI Architect role. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in front-end technologies and modern frameworks, with a primary focus on creating highly efficient and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and architect the design and development of responsive and high-performance user interfaces for web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
- Define and implement UI standards, best practices, and methodologies across the organization.
- Mentor and guide front-end developers on projects, code quality, and architecture.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains innovative.
- Optimize the performance of web applications and ensure scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- UI Architect experience for the last 2-3 years.
- Overall Experience: 10+ years in front-end development.
- Proficient in:
- HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script (ES6+)
- React.js
- Next.js
- Alpine.js
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience in working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end UI with backend services.
- Knowledge of front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
