### **Job Summary:**
Zeora ELECTROTECH LLP is looking for an experienced and passionate **Smartphone Training Faculty** to join our team at the ZEORA Training Institutes. The candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to students in smartphone repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including both hardware and software components. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of mobile phone technologies, excellent teaching skills, and a strong desire to mentor students.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective training modules on smartphone repair and troubleshooting, including hardware (chip level) and software aspects.
- Instruct students on the latest smartphone models and technologies, covering both Android and i OS devices.
- Provide hands-on practical training, guiding students through real-time troubleshooting and repair scenarios.
- Create course content, curriculum, and materials that align with the institute’s standards and meet industry demands.
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, practical exams, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest smartphone technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends.
- Provide career guidance and placement assistance to students, helping them gain confidence in the job market.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, professional learning environment.
- Collaborate with the institute's management for continuous improvement in course delivery and student engagement.
### **Qualifications and Skills:**
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in smartphone repair, preferably at a chip level.
- Strong knowledge of smartphone operating systems, mobile networks, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
