Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning and Delivery:
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the CBSE syllabus.
Use a variety of teaching techniques to facilitate learning, such as discussions, group work, and assignments.
Ensure lessons are planned with clear learning outcomes and cater to the diverse needs of students.
Curriculum Implementation:
Implement the CBSE English curriculum for middle school students, covering reading, writing, grammar, and literature.
Design assessments and quizzes to evaluate students' understanding of the material.
Student Assessment and Feedback:
Regularly assess students’ progress through written tests, projects, and oral exams.
Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic progress and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and manage student behavior effectively, promoting a positive learning environment.
Encourage active participation in class and foster a love for literature and language learning.
Extracurricular Involvement:
Support students in participating in school events, such as literary fests, debates, and other competitions.
Mentor students in developing creative writing, public speaking, and reading skills.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on the latest teaching techniques and educational trends, and participate in school workshops and professional development sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A.) or equivalent with a recognized teaching degree (B.Ed.).
At least 2-3 years of experience teaching English at the secondary school level.
Sound knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Strong command over written and spoken English.

Proficiency in using digital tools and technology in teaching.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, with normal school hours from Monday to Saturday.
