- Experience in leading L2/ L3 operations team with good knowledge on SDLC and STLC process.
- Strong understanding for QA concepts, testing techniques, automation tools and technologies.
- Must have knowledge on CI/ CD setup in Cloud infra (any cloud technology) , understand devops concepts with hands-on experience with tools / technologies of Jenkins, Grafana, Kubernetes, rancher etc. Understands the cloud deployment process and can work closely with devops team to define optimizations.
- Knowledge in programming languages – Could be any of Java, Python , groovy etc.
- Knowledge in Linux, windows platform and understands the Infra management process.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management to collaborate with other teams (Engg teams, QA, Devops, client teams and Management) within the program.
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and guide the operations support team, providing leadership and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Keen focus to identify areas for process improvement within operational support, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
o Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for escalation of operational issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
o Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development for team members.
o Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet operational demands.
o Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational tasks.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operational performance and challenges.
o Engage and collaborate with key stakeholder team to define workflow, reduce impediments for program delivery.
- Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:
o Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, minimizing disruptions to business activities.
o Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of issues.
- Compliance & Documentation:
o Ensure all operations are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all operational processes, incidents, and resolutions.
