Job Title: Telecaller
Location : Orange Hospitality, GHP Group, D 105 , Devi Marg, Bani Park , Jaipur
Salary : Upto 15k-18k
Mode of work : Work from office
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our products or services, answer their queries, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Your goal will be to generate sales leads and contribute to the overall sales targets of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce our products or services.
2. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide accurate information about our products or services.
4. Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions or information to convince customers.
5. Maintain a database of potential and existing customers and update their information regularly.
6. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide necessary support in closing deals.
9. Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities.
10. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent ability to communicate in both English and Hindi
4. Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. Proficiency in using relevant computer applications.
8. High school diploma; additional certification in sales or customer service will be a plus.
9. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualities:
1. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales.
2. Familiarity with the industry and product knowledge.
3. Ability to speak fluently in multiple languages including English and Hindi.
4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
5. Adaptability to different customer personalities and situations.
