We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to meet targets.
Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
· Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries promptly.
· Generate leads and set appointments for further sales processes.
· Maintain a database of contacts and leads in the CRM system.
· Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
· Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
· Gather feedback from customers and report it to management
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
· Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
· Strong verbal communication skills in [Specify Language(s), e.g., Malayalam ].
· Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
· Proficiency in using CRM software or basic computer skills.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
