Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Patient Communication:
· Initiate calls to patients of lapse packages. Provide information about the lapse package, renewal options, EMI facility. Address patient queries and concerns regarding the lapse package.
· Interaction with lapse package patients as well as with the current patients.
· She will maintain the personal touch with these patients so that patients will be in loop till the completion of treatment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
