Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about pharmaceutical products using scripts.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Pharmaceutical Tele sales Executive is a plus.
- HSC/SSC or equivalent qualification.
- A successful track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and effectively explain them to prospects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection with ease.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales by asking the right questions.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when required.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.
- Process orders efficiently and with accuracy.
- Handle customer grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and ensure future sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, noting valuable information for future use.
- Engage in cold calling to potential clients, selling products, and soliciting new business and leads will be provided by the company.
- Answer incoming calls, providing information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
