Telesales Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive (UK Voice Process) to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Responsibilities For Tele Sales Executive
- Following up with the customers.
- Answering prospective customers calls as and when required.
- Explain the product or service to potential customers
- Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software.
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
- Preparing the sales reports for future reference.
- Create a customer database with all the required information.
- Research, track, maintain and update leads.
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
- B2B Lead generation.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the Tele calling field preferably handling UK Clients.
- Working experience as a Telemarketing Executive or a similar position in the sales department Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven record of successful completion of sales quota.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
