As a Telesales Executive at Trustudies, your role will be vital in promoting and selling our tutoring services to potential customers. Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, including parents and guardians of students in grades 4 to 10.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Trustudies' tutoring services to potential customers.
Understand the specific needs and requirements of each customer and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
Provide detailed information about Trustudies' tutoring programs, curriculum, teaching methodologies, and pricing plans.
Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about Trustudies' services.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Trustudies' tutoring services and stay updated with any changes or new offerings.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Stay informed about the competitive landscape in the ed tech industry and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training programs and self-development.
