Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Sales Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
Respond to incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about the company's products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers and encourage sales.
Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and concerns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecallers or in a similar role in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and tele calling practices.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of Prior experience in a sales role
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is Must.
