Position: Telecaller/Call Center Representative Job Description: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. - Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints or issues in a timely manner. - Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, products, or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. - Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and promotional offers to effectively assist customers. - Enter and update customer information accurately in the call center database or customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve complex customer issues or escalate them when necessary. - Achieve individual and team targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion. - Adhere to call center policies, procedures, and guidelines, including confidentiality and data security standards. - Continuously enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques through training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in customer service or call center operations are a plus). - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Active listening and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in using computer systems, call center software, and CRM applications. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as call center operations often require 24/7 coverage. - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
