About Job We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or customer inquiries.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Record customer interactions and sales data in CRM systems for future reference.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to create interest and drive sales.
Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about products or services.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements during calls.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Basic computer and CRM software skills
