Talent Acquisition Executive - Female
Feel at Home group is looking for experienced candidates to be part of the organisation as HR executive with specialization in Talent Acqusition.
Job Description:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Expected Start Date: 15/11/2024
Job Description:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as Linked In and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Candidate with min 3 years experience in Talent acquisition preferably an MBA in HR.
- Computer literacy: MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
- Familiarity with resume databases
- Candidate with good Organizational skills and People Management Skills.
- Good command in English
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
