Talent Acquisition Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build a talent pipeline.
- Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
