Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT contract roles, especially developers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff augmentation needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
- Use job portals, social media, and other tools to find suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future needs.
- MBA/BBA in HR or any other technical degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
