We work in a 24x7 model, responsible for providing Application Management Services to Oracle F&B applications hosted in different implementations of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We also work as bridge between the support teams and development teams to analyze, troubleshoot and report bugs related to the applications. University degree in the field of computer science or equivalent with 6+ years’ work experience in IT industry.
Assist in the maintenance of applications, including 24×7, high-availability systems by responding to production issues/emergencies
Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL query execution.
Candidates with knowledge of Oracle Hospitality product suite (Simphony, Reporting & Analytics) will be preferred
Support of enterprise level Web based applications with a mix of Unix and knowledge of Networking.
Proven analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot application issues.
Excellence in verbal and written communication. Ability to communicate with all levels during critical events.
Strong Technical background in large-scale application stacks.
Good knowledge in monitoring the production systems is essential using various tools like Grafana/Prometheus, APM (Application Performance Monitoring of OCI), OCI Log explorer etc. to monitor, build alerts
Working knowledge of ITIL framework.
Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.

Respond to Service Request, Change Request & Monitoring alerts in timely fashion.

Identify & fix repetitive issues and identify opportunities for automation.
