Job Title: Supervisor/Apprentice- Melting Department

Position Overview: We are seeking candidates for both Supervisor and Apprentice roles in our Melting Department. The Supervisor role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, while freshers are encouraged to apply for the Apprentice position. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Diploma or Graduate qualification to join our team and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
For Supervisor Role:

• Oversee daily operations in the Melting Department to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Supervise a team of melting technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain product integrity.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing development for existing staff.
• Prepare reports on production metrics, performance, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve production issues promptly.

For Apprentice Role:

• Assist experienced technicians and supervisors in day-to-day operations of the Melting Department.
• Learn and apply melting processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures under supervision.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and understanding of departmental functions.
• Support the team in achieving production targets and maintaining quality standards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
• Take initiative to learn and grow within the role, seeking opportunities for skill development and advancement.

Qualifications:
For Supervisor Role:

• Diploma or Graduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of melting processes, equipment, and safety standards.

For Apprentice Role:

• Diploma or Graduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in the Melting Department.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
