Experience: Minimum 2 years Salary : up to 30k Location: Gurgaon Role & responsibilities 1. Must be knowledge of Tally Prime - VAT Complaint Accounting & ERP Software. 2. Maximizing sales to meet and exceed store budgets. 3. Maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals of materials used or required. 4. Advising management on out of stock and slow selling items. 5. Ensuring an effective and continuous space, stock and seasonal management. 6. Identifying individuals with potential within the store and allocating additional responsibilities to further their development. 7. Managing Inward & Outward of stocks and inventory management. 8. Ensuring effective communication of issues and ideas between store and operational management, including physical maintenance standards and security. 9. Ensuring that store accurately carries out all loss prevention activities and constantly seeking the improvement of staff awareness of stock- loss issue. 10. Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures at the store. 11. Engage the staffs with regular briefing and give suggestions to the seniors.
