We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store In-Charge to oversee the inward and outward processes in our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining a smooth flow of goods in and out of the store. This role is essential for optimizing inventory levels and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Supervise all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure accurate documentation for all inventory transactions.
Receiving and Inspection:
Oversee the receipt of goods and inspect them for quality and quantity.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Maintain records of all incoming materials.
Order Fulfillment:
Manage the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to customers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize order fulfillment based on demand.
System Maintenance:
Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and transactions.
Update and maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
Generate reports on inventory status and recommend improvements.
Team Management:
Train and supervise store staff involved in inventory processes.
Foster a positive working environment and encourage teamwork.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the storage area.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
