Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive and monitor inventory; conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Streamline Processes: Implement systems to streamline inventory control and improve operational efficiency.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records for deliveries and shipments, reporting to the branch manager on inventory status.
- Product Handling: Pack, load, and deliver products; ensure customer satisfaction with timely and accurate orders.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Store Organization: Assist in keeping the store organized and visually appealing, enhancing the shopping experience.
- POS Management: Manage cash, credit, and returns at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Health Compliance: Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards in the store environment.
- Communication: Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
- Any degree preferred (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Valid driving license is required.
