The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Inventory Management: Receive and monitor inventory; conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Streamline Processes: Implement systems to streamline inventory control and improve operational efficiency.
Record Keeping: Maintain records for deliveries and shipments, reporting to the branch manager on inventory status.
Product Handling: Pack, load, and deliver products; ensure customer satisfaction with timely and accurate orders.
Customer Support: Handle inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Store Organization: Assist in keeping the store organized and visually appealing, enhancing the shopping experience.
POS Management: Manage cash, credit, and returns at the point of sale (POS) system.
Health Compliance: Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards in the store environment.
Communication: Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications:
