Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Learn about our products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Inventory Support:
- Assist in receiving and organizing merchandise shipments.
- Learn to conduct inventory checks and assist in restocking shelves.
- Work with the team to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Cash Handling:
- Receive training on processing customer transactions accurately.
- Learn to handle cash and other forms of payment.
- Follow proper cash-handling procedures and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Store Maintenance:
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
- Assist in monitoring and replenishing supplies.
- Learn and implement safety and security protocols.
- Assist in Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with experienced team members to learn and contribute to common goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Develop effective communication skills within the team.
- Adherence to Policies:
- Follow company policies and procedures as instructed.
- Learn and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Graduate diploma or equivalent.
- Fresher or experienced both can apply.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
