- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant
- Organizing seating arrangements for guests
- Ensuring guests' needs and expectations are met
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Providing direction and support to other staff members
- Balancing daily sales and expenses
- Handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
