Must have skills : HR, Talent Strategy and Recruiting Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Location : Bangalore Summary: The Market Client HR Solutions lead will play a key role in solutioning the deal from an HR & talent standpoint. They will partner with diverse stakeholders and multiple functions like extended Sales & Solutions team, Client Account Leads, Market HR Leads, T&O, LKM and other functions to create winning solutions for the market they support. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead the Client HR Solutions team for a market/ markets within ATCI • Own end-to-end talent solutions throughout the pursuit lifecycle across various deal types like, Outsourcing, Build-Operate-Transfer/Acquire, Rebadge/rehire. • Understand the client requirements, challenges, business objectives and collaborate with Solution architects, recruiting, Corp services, HR, T&O, AIOC etc. to build innovative tailored solutions and proposal that positions Accenture’s capabilities. • Lead and/or participate in orals / client workshops as Talent & HR Solutioning lead to further define requirements and advise solutions • Enable successful solutions especially working closely with GCC clients. • Meet goals of profitable growth, high conversion and winning more. Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform • Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions • Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into solutions • Collaboration and teamwork skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information: • The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years in HR, Talent Strategy and Recruiting • A 15 years full time education is required.
