Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering electronic components and will be responsible for assembling and repairing electronic devices. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other assemblies.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks on soldered joints and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective components and assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of production activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in soldering, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with various soldering techniques (e.g., through-hole, surface mount).
• Ability to use hand tools and soldering equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and circuitry is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
