Soft Skills Trainer
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Training Program Design: Create and develop training programs, workshops, and materials to design effective soft skill training .
2. Responsible for conducting classes on Soft Skills, Personality Development, Interview Skills, and Communication skills
3. Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to students.
4. Assessment: Evaluate students’ progress and performance to tailor training to their needs.
5. Content Creation: Develop and curate training materials and content.
6. Coaching and Feedback: Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to students.
7. Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
8. Keeping up with Latest Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in soft skills development.
9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and training sessions.
10. Motivation and Inspiration: Inspire and motivate students to develop their soft skills.
Qualifications and Skills
1) The candidate should be effective in English communication
2) Good presentable skills & well versed with training skills
3) Having around experience above 2+ years.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
