1. Support the planning and execution of program initiatives
2. Assist in monitoring and evaluating project outcomes and performance
3. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
4. Help maintain accurate records and documentation for all activities
5. Assist in budget management and financial reporting
6. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
7. Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
8. Manage day-to-day operations of the program
9. Assist with calling and managing data and files
Other requirements 1. 1-2 years of experience in program management. (Social Work experience is an added advantage but not mandatory) 2. Be confident in multi-tasking. 3. Possess good communication and observation skills. 4. Preference for a graduate or postgraduate in any field (preferably a master/ bachelor of social work, sociology, psychology, or English).
