Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Creative Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging content that captivates our audience and reflects our brand’s personality. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing and innovative social media campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Content Ideation and Creation: Develop and execute creative content ideas, including graphics, videos, animations, and written content, for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Twitter.
Campaign Development: Conceptualize and design social media campaigns that align with brand strategy, product launches, and promotional events.
Visual Storytelling: Leverage storytelling techniques to create compelling visual and multimedia content that resonates with the target audience.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging.
Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar that schedules all posts, stories, and ads, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, voice, and tone across all social media platforms.
Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of creative content and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborations: Work with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to co-create content that enhances brand reach and engagement.
Innovation and Experimentation: Continuously experiment with new content formats, tools, and techniques to push creative boundaries and enhance audience engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Creative Executive, Content Creator, or similar role in a creative or digital marketing environment.
Strong creative skills with a portfolio showcasing your social media content and campaigns.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Tik Tok Analytics).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
Familiarity with influencer marketing and content collaboration strategies.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid social advertising.
